chassis repairs

the rear of the chassis in the car takes a lot of stress from the torque the drive-train produces. i had the car on the ramp to inspect the chassis and found a couple of stress cracks. So i made the decision to cut out the steel and fabricate new steel and in addition a new steel plate. As you can see there was no rust in the chassis and the crack was localized to one area where is was clear to see the stress was concentrated. So all is now fixed.
